Short Term Services
Our team of healthcare professionals at Live Oak Rehabilitation Center works closely with the resident and the resident’s family to develop an individualized plan that addresses the resident’s particular needs.
Supporting our nursing team is a group of licensed therapists who provide physical, occupational and speech therapies to assist patients with all types of conditions, illnesses, injuries or disabilities as well as those recovering from major surgery, or those with neurological conditions. We specialize in the care and treatment of Asian seniors who suffer from orthopedic problems including hip fractures, joint replacements or those recovering from stroke.
Long Term Services
Our long term care units are designed for individuals who need 24-hour nursing care, may be experiencing a very slow recovery from an illness or injury, are very frail, or are chronically ill.
These units offer semi-private accommodations including furnishings and beautiful common areas. Cable and private phone services are available. In addition, Live Oak offers respite or vacation care to families who wish to take a break from caring for a loved one around-the-clock.
