Our dedicated professional healthcare team offers extensive nursing and rehabilitation services in a loving and home-like environment. In addition to our English-speaking staff, our Asian-speaking, especially Chinese-speaking, staff uniquely understands the needs of our Asian residents, relating on a personal level to their cultural values, dietary preferences (excellent Chinese menu!) and lifestyles. Our 99-bed facility will always have a caring staff member who can communicate in the same dialect as our resident. Live Oak is Approved and Certified by Medicare and Medi-Cal, accepting also private pay as well as managed care insurance.
